- I've placed an order, what do you need from me?
Hooray! Thank you so much for your support! Once your order is placed, I will reach out to the email provided within a couple of days, so don't worry if you haven't heard from me right away! I will ask for any additional things you'd like adding (items of clothing, pet's name etc). If you aren't sure which photo to use feel free to send through as many as you need, I can also choose a photo from yours/your pet's instagram if you'd prefer.
- What is the current turnaround time?
The current turnaround time is up to 3 weeks, dependent on the number of orders I have. I work full-time alongside illustrating so I don't always have as much time as I'd like.
- I'd like more than three pets illustrating, is this possible?
Yes! If you have any ideas and can't see the option on my site please don't hesitate to drop me a message and I'll do what I can to accommodate your request!
- Do you only illustrate dogs?
No! I'm more than happy to illustrate any animal.
- Do you design logos?
I do! I've designed several logos - if you'd like a logo designing please just purchase a digital commission, you can drop me a message to discuss details.
- Will I get to see a draft of the illustration before you send it?
Absolutely, I will always send drafts through for approval to make sure you're happy with it. I am more than happy to make amendments within reason.
- Do you offer refunds?
I don't offer refunds for portraits.
- Can I print my digital illustration onto other items?
Of course! I am more than happy to provide a transparent version of your illustration so you can print onto any items you'd like, but please do not sell any items with my work on.
